MADE TO ORDER
All TrueFanGear items are made to order. Production typically takes 2–7 business days before your order ships.
SHIPPING TIMES
Once produced, your gear ships from our partner facility closest to your location.
Estimated delivery windows:
- United States: 3–8 business days

International: 5–20 business days
Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or seasonal volume.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Product type
- Destination
- Quantity
- Carrier rates provided by our partner, Printful
You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your order.
TRACKING
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.
SPLIT SHIPMENTS
If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately depending on which partner facility fulfill them.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or insufficient addresses will require a reshipping fee.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT FEES
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement.
